Labor Day Wave

from $35.00

Printed on archival luster paper

I took this photo in Holland, Michigan on Labor Day. It was an overcast sky with thick clouds, but wasn’t raining yet. It felt like the foreboding that summer would soon be “over”. The tops of the waves were really splashing up in interesting ways. The wave breaks had interesting elements of very thin sheets of water and water bubbles in them - which I had not seen before this.
